What is personal data and the processing of personal data

- Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to request that we suspend the processing of your data when: you contest the accuracy of the data, while ALMESA ALME, S.A. verifies such accuracy; you have exercised your right to object to the processing of your data, while it is verified whether the legitimate grounds of ALMESA ALME, S.A. override your own as the data subject.

You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — in this case, the Spanish Data Protection Agency — if you consider that the processing of personal data infringes applicable legislation.
Security and storage of data
We will retain data for only as long as strictly necessary to provide the requested service and for as long as the data subject does not request its deletion, adopting appropriate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, making every effort to protect and maintain it securely.

No data transfers are envisaged except in cases where there is a legal obligation or a necessary communication in order to provide the requested service appropriately. No international data transfers are planned.
